UAE residents can expect a rainy week ahead, as per the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecast. Today, Monday, 25 March, will see partly cloudy weather, with occasional clouds and scattered rainfall. Winds will range from light to moderate, occasionally becoming fresh to strong, particularly over the sea, leading to blowing dust and reduced visibility.
The sea conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman Sea. Temperatures will range from a low of 14ºC in mountainous areas to a high of 37ºC in internal regions. The lowest recorded temperature today morning was 15.6°C in Jais Mountain at 7.30am.
Looking ahead to Tuesday, 26 March, residents can expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with rainfall in scattered areas and notably cooler temperatures. Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest, occasionally becoming fresh to strong, particularly over the sea, leading to blowing dust and reduced visibility. The sea conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate, becoming rough by evening, in the Oman Sea.
On Wednesday, you can expect fair to partly cloudy skies, occasionally cloudy in some southern regions with a chance of morning rainfall. Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest, occasionally fresh to strong, especially over the sea, leading to blowing dust. The sea conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in the Oman Sea.
