During the first meeting of The Executive Council of Dubai at Emirates Towers, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, unveiled the new logo for the Government of Dubai. The logo represents the visionary leadership, growth, and evolution of Dubai into a city of the future.
In his statement, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan explained that they have revitalised Dubai’s old emblem and used it as the new logo for the Government of Dubai. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan added that the government’s identity goes beyond the logo and includes dedicated teams committed to providing efficient and excellent services. These teams are a source of pride and represent Dubai’s success as a leading global city and a preferred destination for living and working.
The General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai will oversee the immediate implementation of the new logo across all government entities. While these entities will retain their logos to reflect their uniqueness, they will adopt the new logo as well.
The General Secretariat has also stated that there will be a six-month transition period for government entities to implement the new logo.
