With over 1,200 stores, including major department stores like Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale's, over 200 dining options, there's something for everyone. And now, Dubai Mall has set a new record in 2023, welcoming 105 million visitors, up by 19% from the 2022's 88 million.

Dubai Mall revealed these numbers, mentioning that an impressive 20 million people visited the mall in just the first two months of 2024. It's projected to be another record-breaking year for the mall.

What Attracted The Visitors? 

The mall's events and promotions in 2023 and early 2024 played a crucial role in attracting visitors, along with important festivals and international celebrations. Big events like the Dubai Shopping Festival, the Dubai Food Festival, and the popular 3-Day Super Sale showcased the mall's ability to bring in and entertain large crowds.

Dubai Mall's online presence grew notably, with 1.3 million followers on Instagram. As for reviews, the mall's dedication to customer happiness is clear from its high satisfaction scores, averaging 4.6, showing positive reviews from many customers.

How To Visit Dubai Mall Via Metro 

Besides driving, visitors can conveniently access Dubai Mall via the Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall Station. You can either take a brief stroll to the mall using the Metro Link Bridge or opt for the feeder bus service connecting the mall and the station.

How To Visit Dubai Mall Via Bus 

There are two buses that service Dubai Mall every 16 minutes, route 27 from the Deira Gold Souk station and route 29 from Ghubaiba bus station. The buses arrive and depart from the tourist drop-off area, located in front of the Grand Drive Entrance, on the Lower Ground Floor of Dubai Mall.
