Nakheel, the prominent developer in Dubai, recently unveiled the first set of villas situated on Palm Jebel Ali, with pricing starting at Dhs 18 million. This development spans an expansive 13.4 square kilometres of land, with the first set of villas built on four fronds of the island, comprising two distinct types: Coral and Beach villas. Following the launch, these villas have generated quite a buzz. On Wednesday, September 20th, hundreds of real estate agents and potential buyers formed lines outside Nakheel's corporate headquarters.
Journalist and writer Mohammed Taqi took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a video showcasing the crowd. And looking at that crowd, one thing is clear, Palm Jebel Ali villas are a hit. It will be safe to assume that the first set of villas were sold out on day one.
