The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has praised a delivery driver that was seen removing traffic barricades from a road in Dubai.
In the recent fluctuations in weather, strong winds blew traffic barricades into the middle of a road near a roundabout. A video posted on social media, which has since gone viral, saw Deliveroo driver Waqas Sarwar park his motorcycle to the side, and moved the barricades out of harm's way.
The act, by the Pakistani resident living in Dubai for 12 years, helped other drivers to pass by with ease, and avoid an accident.
His Excellency Khalil Al Khoori, Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs at MoHRE, honoured Waqas Sarwar for his act of kindness and service to the community.
