The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) has launched the Artifical Intelligence (AI) version of u.ae, the unified digital platform with access to government services, where individuals can access a variety of information, including starting a business, getting a visit visa, applying for an Emirates ID and more.
The website also links to other government portals where, with the AI version, individuals can now use their UAE Pass to access government services, rather than having to register on each portal several times.
The updated version website, helps the individual to find the service they are looking for faster, without having to remember several login passwords.
His Excellency Majed Sultan Al Mesmar, Director-General at TDRA said, "The UAE Government’s Unified Digital Platform, u.ae, represents the UAE’s digital presence. It is the most visited website in the country, as 20 million people use it annually to search for information and services that they need in their daily lives."
