Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has sponsored a sports treatment hall at Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs at Umm Suqeim 3.
The hall will support children of determination develop their motor, functional and mental abilities.
DEWA supplied the centre with equipment and devices that cater to the needs of people of determination, that have varying abilities.
Over 30 DEWA volunteers assisted in setting up the hall for children of determination.
Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs was founded in 2004 and is a non-profit organisation that caters to orphans and abandoned children of determination. Over 110 children of determination are enrolled at the centre and 80 living at the accommodation provided.
