The winners of the children’s art and poetry contest by Premier Inn along with The English College, have been announced.
Students were encouraged to showcase what the Holy Month of Ramadan means to them through pictures and words.
Over 70 entries were received, with Reizel John coming first in the 7 years and under category, followed by Naomi Evangelia Lewis in second and Helena Lucia Tiano in third place.
The 8 to 12 year old category saw Jaimee Felysse Almendares Reyes win first place, Inara Muhammad in second and Rua Abdula in third place.
Sushmita Das won the 13 to 16 year old category, with Hidha Fatima winning second and Mohammed Sayan Shibili placing third.
The winning entries will be on display during the Eid Al Adha holidays from Wednesday, 28 June to Sunday, 2 July at Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park in Dubai, and Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport in Abu Dhabi, as well as on screens at all Premier branches in the UAE.
Prizes for the competition will see the winners and their families enjoy a meal at Mr Toad's at Premier Inn hotels.
