Al Habtoor Group has announced that one of the largest and most innovative residential towers in the world is to be built in Dubai.
The tower will be situated at Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, and will have 81 floors and 1,701 ultra luxurious residential units.
Expected to be completed within three years, the tower will be built using more sustainable methods, leading to reducing carbon emissions during construction by 50%.
The building will offer views of the Dubai Water Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road and overlooking Burj Khalifa.
