Emirates has released another good humoured video about what people will do to get an upgrade on their flights. The new marketing campaign captures passengers checking in and giving their best attempt for an upgrade to their seats using all the possible tricks in the book, including flowers, balloons, flattery, and of course, attempted hypnotism and a fake pregnancy.
The 2017 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, announced Emirates as the Best Airline in the World with the Best Economy Class. According to Boutros Boutros, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand, Emirates’ Economy Class is known for being a genuine product and excellent value for money. “We offer excellent value for money, with world class inflight entertainment in every seat, full course gourmet meals, generous free baggage allowances, and great service” he added.
At the end of the video Emirates is finally revealed and ends with their ultimate tip for travellers: “Don’t upgrade your seat, upgrade your airline.” And with Emirates’ track record, there is every chance we will.
