The UAE is set for a mixed but mostly manageable weather spell from Monday, 13 April to Thursday, 16 April. The week starts with cloudy skies and a slight chance of light rain, before turning generally drier through the rest of the period.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi can expect warm daytime temperatures, cooler nights, and some breezy to dusty conditions at times, especially around midweek. Read on for more.

Monday, 13 April, looks cloudy, with an increase in temperatures. There is a chance of light rain in some parts of the country. In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, temperatures will reach highs of 31ºC and 29ºC, and lows of 21ºC. The weather will turn humid by night and Tuesday morning, with a chance of mist formation.

Similar conditions will prevail on Tuesday, 14 April, with a chance of slight rain. Temperatures stay warm, with Dubai seeing highs of 29°C and lows of 21°C and Abu Dhabi at 30°C and 22°C.

On Wednesday, 15 April, weather will be cloudy, with a drop in temperatures, stronger winds, and blowing dust and sand that may reduce visibility. Dubai is forecast at highs of 29°C and lows of 20°C, while Abu Dhabi is forecast at 30°C and 21°C. There is no rain expected, but it does look like the windiest and dustiest day of the stretch.

Thursday, 16 April will be cloudy again, with winds still fresh enough to raise blowing dust. Temperatures ease slightly, with Dubai seeing highs of 28°C and lows of 21°C and Abu Dhabi at 29°C during the day and 22°C at night. No rain is indicated for either city.
