Dubai will pay March salaries to government employees early, on 17 March, ahead of Eid Al Fitr.
The directive was issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
The move is intended to allow Dubai government staff and their families more time and financial flexibility to enjoy the Eid Al Fitr holiday and related spending.
