Authorities in the UAE have announced that all public and private schools in the country, along with universities, will move temporarily to remote learning from Monday 2 March until Wedesday 4 March.
In the announcement the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Eductaion and Scientific Research stated the change applies to all students, as well as teaching and administrative staff.
The statement continued stating the situation will be assessed throughout the week and extended if necessary.
