Nakheel Launches New Stunning Waterfront Villas On Palm Jebel Ali

WAM

Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled their new collection of premium waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, adding to the island’s transformation into one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury destinations. Construction is progressing, but the exact date of completion has not been announced yet.

The new launch features 11 distinctive villa styles across two series, The Beach Collection and The Coral Collection. Each has been designed by internationally recognised architects and is inspired by Dubai’s coastal landscape, focusing on space, natural light and direct access to the sea.

The Beach Collection features five and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and open interiors that make the most of the sea views.

The Coral Collection offers six and seven-bedroom villas between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet, and are defined by warm, natural tones that are intended to merge indoor and outdoor spaces beautifully.

Beyond the residences, Palm Jebel Ali will also feature a 9,000 square metre retail centre and a mosque that can accommodate 1,000 worshippers.

Those seeking details on the prices of these villas can register their interest on Palm Jebel Ali's website. According to their website, flexible payment plans are available: 20% of total amount can be paid in down payment, while 60% of total amount can be paid through instalments during the construction period and the final 20% paid upon handover.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, described Palm Jebel Ali as 'a symbol of Dubai’s vision and enduring ambition', and added, "This latest release of villas reinforces Nakheel’s commitment to excellence in design, delivery and community creation. As construction advances, we remain focused on delivering homes and neighbourhoods that elevate quality of life and contribute to Dubai’s long-term growth story".

When complete, Palm Jebel Ali will span seven islands with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
