Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has announced new traffic diversions in International City 1 to facilitate ongoing construction of Dubai Metro Blue Line, one of the city’s largest transport infrastructure projects.
The entrance from Ras Al Khor Road leading to International City 1 has been closed, with two alternative access points introduced along the route. The additional detours will help ease congestion and maintain smoother traffic flow in the area. Clear directional signs have been placed along the affected roads to guide drivers safely through the new routes.
Motorists are advised to plan their routes ahead of time and allow extra travel time.
