Authorities in Abu Dhabi have announced partial road closures in the Al Dhafra region, which has already started, to carry out scheduled maintenance works. The closures will affect parts of Sheikha Salama Bint Butti Road (or E45) in Madinat Zayed and Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed International Road (or E11).
The left lane on E45 heading towards Liwa will remain closed until 6am, 29 October, while the two right lanes on E11 heading towards Abu Dhabi will stay closed until 6am on 13 November.
The works are part of ongoing efforts to enhance road quality and traffic safety in the region. Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution, adhere to traffic signs, and consider alternative routes to avoid congestion during this period.
