Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has announced a landmark Dhs 1.3 billion expansion that will transform its Phase 1 into a next-generation destination for healthcare, innovation, and sustainable development.
The expanded part of Phase 1 will include a futuristic office tower which will have the highest level of sustainability certification, a state-of-the-art medical complex, and advanced infrastructure designed to support long-term growth and smart mobility.
The upcoming office building will span 13,000 square metres over nine floors, offering flexible commercial spaces designed to international environmental standards. Adjacent to it, a 5,800-square-metre medical complex will house surgical centres, diagnostic labs, and outpatient facilities built for adaptability and future expansion.
Supporting the development are smart car parks integrated with Salik, featuring electric vehicle charging stations and enhanced accessibility for patients and staff.
Construction is set to commence in December this year, with completion expected by November 2027. Once finished, the expansion will further solidify Dubai’s reputation as a centre for world-class healthcare, innovation, and sustainable urban design.
