What Can Be Reported.
Residents can use the Amanah platform to report:

- Other breaches under Dubai Municipality’s jurisdiction
How to Submit a Report.
- Visit Amanah Platform
- Enter your name, email and mobile number
- Specify whether you are a customer or employee
- Describe the issue and upload supporting documents
- Click Submit and await a follow-up
