Al Shindagha Corridor Improvement Project In A Nutshell

The Al Shindagha Corridor Improvement Project, undertaken by RTA, is among its largest ongoing initiatives. It includes enhancing 15 intersections across a span of 13km. Due to its magnitude, the project has been divided into five phases.

Catering to the communities of Deira and Bur Dubai, it also supports various development initiatives like Dubai Islands, Dubai Waterfront, Dubai Maritime City, and Mina Rashid. Upon completion, this project aims to significantly cut down travel time from 104 minutes to just 16 minutes by 2030, benefiting approximately one million residents.
