Once more, Emirates Airline shines! Dubai's leading carrier has clinched the title of 'Best Airline Worldwide' at the 2024 Business Traveller Middle East Awards held at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre. Alongside securing the 'Best Airline' accolade, Emirates also added four more awards to its name.
Emirates was recognised in four other categories with the Best Premium Economy Class', and ‘Airline with the Best First Class’, while also scooping the awards for ‘Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East’, and ‘Airline with the Best Frequent Flyer Programme’.
Meanwhile, Dubai International Airport earned the prestigious title of ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’, while Dubai Duty-Free was honoured with the title of ‘Best Duty-Free Shopping in the Middle East’. Additionally, flydubai, secured the award for ‘Airline with the Best Connectivity in the Middle East’.
Etihad Airways Bags Two Awards
From the UAE, Abu Dhabi's Etihad Airways also earned recognition, securing two awards: ‘Airline with the Best Cabin Crew’ and ‘Airline with the Best Economy Class’.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways swept three awards, including ‘Airline with the Best Business Class’, ‘Best Regional Airline serving the Middle East’, and ‘Best Travel App’.
On the global stage, Singapore Airlines was celebrated as the ‘Best Asian Airline Serving the Middle East’, while Singapore Changi Airport was honoured as the ‘Best Airport in the World’. Turkish Airlines also received recognition as the ‘Best European Airline Serving the Middle East’.
