The UAE is preparing to host the 'Gymnastika Solo Cup,' the largest gymnastics tournament in the nation, with 300 gymnasts from 25 nations expected to participate. The event will feature esteemed celebrity judges such as rhythmic gymnast and 2020 Olympic bronze medallist Alina Harnasko, 2020 European Championships all-around bronze medallist Anastasiia Salos, and Irina Viner, President of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation.
The third edition of the international 'Gymnastika Solo Cup' tournament will take place at Al Nasr Sports Club in Dubai from 17 to 19 May, cementing its position as a key event in the global rhythmic gymnastics calendar in just three years. This year marks a significant milestone as the tournament boasts a prize fund of 10,000 Euros, sponsored by SOLO, an international brand specialising in sportswear, shoes, and accessories for rhythmic gymnastics, dance, and choreography.
Teams from Asia, America, Russia, and the GCC, including representatives from the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, will compete against top gymnasts from around the world at the prestigious Al Nasr Sports Club.
The event will culminate with a spectacular 'Show of Stars of World Gymnastics', featuring performances by more than 19 sports clubs showcasing professional artistic gymnastics, roller skating, aerial gymnastics, singers, dancers, rhythmic gymnastics Olympic stars, and guests from 25 countries.
