Wynn Resorts has unveiled new visuals of its upcoming luxury destination, Wynn Al Marjan Island, currently in progress in Ras Al Khaimah. This venture marks the company's inaugural beachfront resort, situated on a stunning island spanning nearly 62 hectares extending into the Arabian Gulf. Wynn Resorts is collaborating with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding for the development of this project. It is poised to become the premier integrated gaming resort in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.
With its pristine white sand beach offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Ras Al Khaimah's stunning natural landscape, Wynn Al Marjan Island promises a luxurious experience for its guests. The resort will boast 1,542 rooms and lavish suites, including 22 exclusive Villa Estates nestled along the newly designed marina. Guests can indulge in a sprawling poolscape adjacent to the beach, spanning 3.6 hectares and featuring multiple swimming pools, water features, private cabanas, and lush tropical landscaping.
A curated selection of 22 dining, lounge, and bar venues will each offer a unique atmosphere, many with picturesque views of the beach and poolscape. Additionally, the resort's theatre will showcase bespoke production shows for guests to enjoy.
The resort will also include a 15,000 square metre shopping esplanade filled with the world’s top luxury boutiques, a five-star spa, and a salon.
Wynn Al Marjan Island began construction in early 2023 with construction led by UAE-based main contractor ALEC Engineering and Contracting. Currently, the structure is about 40 metres tall. The full tower height, more than 300 metres tall, is expected to be topped off in the fourth quarter of 2025. The resort will open to the public in early 2027.
