My life has never been a fairy tale. I was once a “beloved’’ pet until my family moved away and left me behind. The neighbours kept an eye on me and gave me food but all I ever wanted was love. I fractured my leg but no one noticed so I just had to cope with the pain until it healed on its own. As time went on I started to get old and every day became a struggle. I was losing weight and wasn’t interested in food anymore, couldn’t hear the sounds around me and I was feeling very lonely. Until one day this lady picked me up, put me in her car, offered me food and said “you will not die alone on the streets’’ and just drove off with me.
Agatha Christie is our very special old lady and we would like to find her a FOREVER FOSTER HOME where she can spend the remainder of her life loved and looked after. All vet expenses will be covered by 38smiles. Agatha Christie needs a home as an only cat or with another cat that is non-dominant and will not invade her space. She is not interested in food so normally it takes a few minutes to convince her to eat; she is also on a special diet as her kidneys are not functioning well. Agatha Christie is deaf (which is normal for her age) but she is a lovely little lady, she loves people, loves to be petted, loves belly rubs and purrs like crazy!
