Events Happening During The Fitness Challenge

As we enter the third week of the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge this weekend, with chores and daily commitments, it can get difficult to stay motivated and stick to completing the 30-minute daily workout. If you are looking for a way to keep yourself motivated, here are some amazing events taking place around Dubai this week that are sure to get you through your daily 30-minute target.

Yoga In The Snow - 12 November

Ski Dubai is hosting a fun yoga in the snow event from 9am. Individuals can enjoy a great class led by highly qualified instructors at Enhance. The session will help increase balance, focus, concentration and muscle toning.

Spinneys Family Run - 13 November

Children and adults of all ages can enjoy running the Spinneys Family Run. Taking place at Town Square Dubai, all that participate will receive a branded t-shirt with individuals able to choose between 2.5km or 5km courses. Registration closes on 11 November at 11.59pm.

Run The World - 13 November

Enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity to run with Olympic winner, Usain Bolt at the Expo 2020 Dubai 1.45 Family Run. Powered by Gatorade, the run will begin at 9.30am. Individuals participating can delight in running past the various pavilions of Expo 2020 and enjoying the stunning views as you go by. Registration for the event ends if all the spots are taken or on 12 November at 4.59pm.

Tough Mudder - 13 November

Tough Mudder is back and will now offer participants with the best obstacle course yet at Hatta. Individuals can pick from either the Tough Mudder 5km or the Tough Mudder Classic. The Tough Mudder 5km will offer over 13 obstacles with the Tough Mudder Classic offering over 25 obstacles. Participants aged from 14 to 17 years old need to be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.

Wadi Bih Run - 19 November

Held in Hatta, the Wadi Bih Run will offer participants with an amazing run, during the early hours of the morning through the Hatta border mountain, plantation and kayak lake. Participants can either be a part of the event as a team or solo. Solo distances include 10km, 20km, 35km and 70km and a team of five can either opt for 35km or 70km. Registration will close on 17 November or sooner, once spots run out.
