Chef Thomas Keller’s first ever Bouchon Bakery has opened in Dubai at The Beach, opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). For breakfast, expect pastries and morning beverages such as espresso, iced teas, hand-crafted hot chocolate, traditional teas and even his custom-blended ‘TK by Equator’ coffee, the result of a partnership with Equator Coffees & Teas – the guys that offer distinctive micro-lot coffees and rare teas. For lunchtime and evening meals, there are light bites including a mouth-watering selection of salads such as curried chicken or roasted beet; sandwiches such as turkey and cheddar on walnut bread or tuna Niçoise; soups and quiches.
