More Than 2,100 Participants Take Part In ‘Run And Ride With Police’

Dubai Police organised the second event of the ‘Run And Ride with Police’ initiative on Wednesday,15 April, at the Dubai Autodrome circuit in Motor City. The event was an effort to enhance the quality of life and promote healthy lifestyles within the community.

More than 2,100 participants gathered for the event which took place in a professional and safe sporting atmosphere. During the event, UAE flags were distributed to participants, as part of the ‘Proud of the UAE’ campaign. Attendees also wrote massages of pride and appreciation for the UAE and its wise leadership on a large 'Proud of the UAE' board.

Other accompanying activities included a free painting corner, a display of luxury patrols, police dog (K9) shows, equestrian activities for children, musical band performances, recreational activities, and various awareness lectures targeting children and families. There was also an entertainment appearance by the Dubai Police mascot ‘Officer Amna’.

The ‘Run And Ride with Police’ initiative takes place weekly, every Wednesday throughout April, from 7pm to 10pm. Dubai Police has your entry completely covered, making it 100% free for all participants. However, you must register by 6.15pm on each Wednesday, to be able to participate in the event.
