Located at Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zated Road, the new Indian-themed night at the restaurant, will take you on a culinary journey across India and let you discover new flavours and tastes.
Held every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, on entering, diners are greeted by team members decked out in one of the traditional outfits in India, a sari, ready to show them to their seat as they prepare to choose from the over 50 dishes available.
To navigate around the dishes, the food stations are set up by region with a separate food station for North India, East India, South India and West India, each with it's own varied dishes and distinctive tastes.
Take a journey around India starting in North India, home to delicious and creamy dishes including Punjabi murgh tikka, shashi paneer, rogan josh, Kashmiri rajma and more.
Enjoy simple but scrumptious dishes and sweets from East India with macher paturi, rasgulla, Calcutta-style chicken biryani, jalebi and more.
If you love spice in your food, South India is the place for the hottest food with Kerela prawn curry, chicken Chettinad, chicken 65 and more.
Move on to West India with dishes like beef vindaloo, Goan prawn ambotik, chicken xacutti and more served, taking after the amazing flavours from Goa, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
No Indian night is complete without street food, and diners can enjoy tucking into dahi puri, gol gappa, aloo tikki and more.
