SHI at Bluewaters Island has opened its doors to the public and is set to offer guests with innovative Chinese food experiences. The new restaurant and lounge will feature stunning views of the Ain Dubai and will be run by Chef Li Yuan Hui and a team of Chinese culinary professionals. Celebrity Chef Series
JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is bringing back the Celebrity Chef Series this October. The series will run from 12 to 15 October and will feature Chef Jord Althuizen, world barbeque champion from the Netherlands and Chef Reuben Riffle, celebrity TV chef and restaurateur from South Africa going head to head in Battle Of The Chefs.
- Serving signature meals on 12 October, Chef Jord will offer a four-course meal at Prime68 with prices set at Dhs 395 and Chef Reuben will serve a three-course meal at Rang Mahal for Dhs 295.
- On 13 October, delight in a cook-off at Rang Mahal between Chef Jord and Chef Reuben for Dhs 425 with a six-course meal.
- Chef Reuben will offer his signature dishes as a five-course meal at Prime68 on 14 October along with Ken Forrester's grape beverages for Dhs 650.
- On 15 October, brunch will be back in session with Chef Jord serving delicious barbeque dishes at Bridgewater's Backyard brunch for prices starting at Dhs 195. Chef Reuben will serve his take on the signatures at Prime68, with prices starting from Dhs 295.

Old Castello Jumeirah, the Indian and Arabic restaurant, located behind Jumeirah Plaza is offering diners with a pass to Expo 2020, a complimentary dish. The Expo themed amuse bouche will feature a cheese ball platter with multicoloured chips to represent the different nationalities and will be set up to look like the Expo 2020 logo.

New Stuffed Crust Options At Pizza Hut
