An Indian expat turned millionaire overnight after a he won a whopping Dhs 10 million at the Abu Dhabi Big Ticket raffle draw held at Abu Dhabi International Airport on Saturday morning.
Britty Markose, who works as a draughtsman in Dubai, when contacted by the organisers said, “ It was surprising but I was expecting it.”
The winner’s lucky ticket number was 208011.
Out of the top 10 winners, there are 9 Indians and one from Pakistan who all won cash prizes in the raffle draw.
Besides cash prizes, another Indian expat, Ravi Mada with ticket number 003200 won a new Land Rover Series13.
