This remarkable achievement was announced at the 2024 APEX/IFSA Awards ceremony held in Long Beach, California. This makes Emirates Airline one of the eight airlines worldwide to attain this remarkable distinction.
The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) assesses airlines through a rigorous examination of service quality, safety measures, and health control initiatives. These audits are carried out by industry experts from Yates and Partners, a renowned consultancy specialising in aviation guest experience.
Besides this, Emirates has also earned the 2024 IFSA award for 'Best Onboard Amenity' in honour of its Sustainable Economy Class amenity kit. This kit enhances passenger comfort and is made from sustainable materials, designed with reusability in mind.
Acknowledging Emirates' unwavering dedication to delivering the 'Fly Better' experience, the airline has been awarded the prestigious World Class award. This recognition signifies Emirates' consistent adherence to the highest global benchmarks in safety, well-being, sustainability, and guest service experience.
