Dubai's Caesars Palace Hotel, located on Bluewaters Island, is being rebranded as Banyan Tree Dubai in November 2023. The hotel opened in Dubai five years ago, in 2018, and is now being rebranded by Dubai Holding, the developers behind Bluewaters. Dubai Holding has teamed up with Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore for the deal.

Opening in November 2023, the new Banyan Tree Dubai will open in phases and have 179 rooms, including 30 suites, and a four-bedroom villa for VIP guests that features a pool and a slice of beach. The hotel will also have a Banyan Tree Spa, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, a relaxation area, a gym, mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools and more.

Besides this, in terms of food and dining, the Banyan Tree Dubai will have five new restaurants and bars; however, more details are yet to be revealed. Banyan Tree Dubai will also take over the operations of 96 private residences housed in a separate tower, and the residents will be able to enjoy all the facilities at Banyan Tree Dubai.
