Due to multiple regional airspace closures, Emirates has temporarily suspended all operations to and from Dubai, up until 3pm UAE time on Tuesday, 3 March. The situation remains dynamic and is assessed continuously. Emirates urged all customers to review the latest operational updates on the website and check their email for any notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport.
Travellers who are booked to travel before or on 5 March, your options are:
- Rebook on an alternate flight. You can rebook on another flight to your intended destination for travel on or before 20 March. If you booked your flight with a travel agent, please contact them.
- Refund request. You can request a refund of your ticket by completing the refund form on the Emirates website.
All city check-in points across Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.
