What we ate
Of course, we had to try the Ceviche Clasico - white fish marinated with chilli, onions, and sweet potatoes with the Causa Limena - chilled potato mash, chilli cream, lime juice and chicken. This was followed up with a Lomo Saltado - stir fry beef tenderloin strips with onions, tomatoes soya sauce and fries; and a Tuna Tataki with Quinoa Crust - seared tuna served with sautéed vegetables.
Verdict
Everything was delicious; we both really enjoyed each dish, but I love an authentic Peruvian Ceviche and this one totally nails it!
