Dubai Police Adds A New Luxury Car To Its Fleet

Dubai Police has added another luxury car to its fleet of patrol cars and this time they have announced the addition of the new Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, that goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, and claims a top speed of 315 km/h.

You can spot this luxury new model, along with the other existing ones, doing patrols around major tourist locations such as the Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Jumeirah Beach Residence and La Mer.

His Excellency Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police briefed about the car's features which is powered by a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 engine, with 639 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. All that energy is routed through a nine-speed automatic and the AMG-tuned 4Matic all-wheel-drive system. 

The addition of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S increases the number of luxury patrol vehicles in the Dubai Police fleet to 15,
