The Big Chill Café has launched a guest reward initiative at its Dubai Hills Mall location to celebrate its third anniversary since expanding into the United Arab Emirates. Titled 'Everyone’s a Winner', the campaign runs until 20 August 2026, offering guaranteed complimentary menu items and premium dining experiences to all dine-in guests who participate in the venue's summer milestone celebrations.
For Dubai residents and summer visitors, the initiative transforms standard dining into an interactive experience. To participate, guests must fill out a brief feedback and contact form during their meal. Tables are then presented with a physical picnic basket containing a variety of reward tokens, allowing diners to select one voucher at random to claim an assured culinary prize.
The range of guaranteed rewards covers the cafe’s signature casual dining options, including complimentary artisanal coffees, handcrafted ice creams, milkshakes, sundae bowls, and premium desserts. Guests can also win main courses from the trattoria-style menu, such as freshly made artisanal pizzas and classic Italian pasta dishes. Beyond the immediate table rewards, the venue enters all participants into a weekly prize draw to win a complimentary meal for two.
In addition to the weekly draws, the café will introduce a premium 'Golden Ticket Prize' during August, awarding one family a complimentary dining experience for four people.
Initially founded in Delhi, India, in 2000 as a boutique ice cream parlour, establishing its first international outlet in Dubai in August 2023. The restaurant has since built a local following for its home-style Italian food and retro cinematic decor.
