New Seasonal Menu And Family Dining Deals At Rosa’s Thai

Rosa’s Thai has added to its culinary offering, introducing four new dishes to its permanent menu across its Dubai outlets. The expansion features a combination of traditional street-food-style starters and shared main courses, launching alongside a seasonal family promotion at the brand's Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) location.

The newly introduced dishes comprise two small plates and two primary sharing items. Guests can now order Crispy Aubergine topped with a spicy, herb-infused homemade Pad Cha sauce, or marinated Thai Fried Chicken Wings garnished with crispy shallots and served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.

For main courses, the kitchen has introduced Waterfall Beef, a dish of slow-marinated grilled beef tossed with fresh herbs, lemon juice, fish sauce, and a smoky-spicy Jim Jeaw sauce, accompanied by sticky rice and raw vegetables. The second addition to is a Tom Yum Soup Hot Pot for Two, featuring calamari, shrimp, and jumbo prawns in a hot and sour broth finished with evaporated milk. Due to the presentation and serving method, the hot pot is available exclusively for dine-in customers, whereas the other three new items are accessible for both dine-in and home delivery.

The additions supplement the brand’s established staples, which include its classic Pad Thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice.

Co-founded by Chef Saiphin Moore, the restaurant group originates from London’s casual dining scene and currently operates branches in Dubai at Dubai Hills Mall and a beachfront location on The Walk at JBR.

To cater to families during the school holidays, the JBR branch is simultaneously running a promotional offer allowing children under the age of eight to eat free of charge when dining with adults. The offer is valid throughout the summer months for dine-in guests visiting the JBR location.
