The set menu for two at Dhs 499, includes sharing starters such as The Spaniel scotch egg, tiger prawn scampi and welsh rarebit, followed by beef wellington served with buttery mashed potato and an array of sauces. The evening concludes with classic desserts including sticky toffee pudding or san sebastian cheesecake.

A second option, priced at Dhs 250 per person, includes small plates, black Angus prime beef wellington, along with one side, and dessert.

Sunday Family Brunch At Bruno Biergarten, Movenpick Jumeirah Beach

Bruno’s Biergarten hosts a pet and family-friendly Bavarian brunch every Sunday from 1pm to 4 pm. At the heart of the offering is the Ramadan assorted chocolate box, priced at Dhs 190, a refined selection exploring contrast, spice, and texture. Combining Japanese flavours and French technique, Nette Al Barari’s refined menu offers sharing-style small plates, sushi-style bites and tapas. Foodies can tuck into a selection of tar-tar chips, finely chopped wagyu beef, tuna, salmon or seasonal vegetables. The French cold plates feature chilled tofu with roasted sesame and nikiri soy and oysters served on ice with bright yuzu notes. 

For the mains there’s oyster tempura, gyoza filled with tarragon and chicken, traditional tamagoyaki, and crisp vegetable tempura served with soy-aged sauces. Sushi-inspired open rolls arrive generously topped, featuring combinations such as aburi wagyu with truffle accents, spicy bluefin tuna, tempura shrimp or sweet tofu, balancing richness with freshness.

Besides, there’s also a dedicated selection of sushi-inspired open rolls, featuring combinations such as tempura shrimp with French mustard mayo, sweet tofu with yuzu and tamarind, flamed wagyu aburi with truffle and black garlic, spicy bluefin tuna, and crab stick with avocado mousse and tobiko.

The experience concludes on a playful note with sweet rolls filled with pistachio and matcha, strawberry cheesecake, chocolate and sesame, or white chocolate with yuzu.

Carnival by Trèsind brings back its celebrated Mohammed Ali Road-style Ramadan street food pop-up. Inspired by Mumbai’s iconic Ramadan district, highlights include the sikandari raan counter serving slow-cooked roasted lamb leg with chutney pyaz and utta tava roti, shalimar haleem centre offering mutton and jackfruit haleem with mint, ginger, ghee, coriander, fried onions, chillies and lemon, and minara masjid tikka biryani featuring chicken and mutton biryani, chicken tikka, lamb seekh, hung marghi tikka and veg mix grill biryani bhatti with gravy, salaan, papad and raita.

The haaji tikka centre presents tawa kaleji, tawa bheja and soya sauya chaap with buttered pao, while al akbar fry counter serves kheema mini samosa, desi fish pakoda, chicken cheese cutlet, batata mirchi vada and assorted vegetable fritters.
