The new menu celebrates French comfort and simplicity, from potato rösti and pain perdu to chicken liver mousse, steak tartare, roast baby chicken, French dip sandwich, and classic profiteroles. Moonrise, Dubai’s Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Solemann Haddad, announces a first-time collaboration with Chef Mostafa Seif of Cairo’s Khufu’s. Located in Eden House, Al Satwa, the tasting menu runs across two nights, Friday 6 February and Saturday 7 February. The two restaurants unite to celebrate regional ingredients, storytelling, and friendship.
