Kigo at Four Seasons DIFC marks winter with precision and seasonality, presenting an exclusive Fugu Pufferfish 9-course menu. Al Quoz favourite Cassette marks its seventh anniversary on 2 February with a refined new chapter. The new menu celebrates French comfort and simplicity, from potato rösti and pain perdu to chicken liver mousse, steak tartare, roast baby chicken, French dip sandwich, and classic profiteroles. Moonrise, Dubai’s Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Solemann Haddad, announces a first-time collaboration with Chef Mostafa Seif of Cairo’s Khufu’s. Located in Eden House, Al Satwa, the tasting menu runs across two nights, Friday 6 February and Saturday 7 February.
