The Laughter Factory is the Middle East's longest-running comedy night since 1997. The Laughter Factory hosts a fresh bill of three different professional comedians every month to launch a laughter riot. Who is up this month? Angelo Tsarouchas, Yuriko and Paul Thorne.

Bollywood Parks Dubai, is the ultimate Bollywood-themed park. Hosting the biggest Diwali celebration in the UAE from the 9 and 10 November, Bollywood Parks is going all-out with two mega concerts.

Leading Indian musical talent Shankar Ehsan Loy and Neeraj Shridhar will perform on the 9 and 10 November with guests being able to enjoy their favourite soundtracks against a stunning backdrop of the Raj Mahal.

‘Until the Birds Return’ at Cinema Akil

For it’s last weekend running, ‘Until the Birds Return’ has been a must-see in the region. The play follows the stories of Mourad, a wealthy property developer caught in a tug-of-war between responsibilities, Dahman, an ambitious neurologist caught in the midst of a scandal, and Aicha, a young woman caught in an age-old war between love and duty. Guaranteed to tug at your heart-strings and give you something to think about, ‘Until the Birds Return’ is the poignant and universal exploration of companionship in damaged landscapes.

Get flexing at Dubai Muscle Beach. Dubai Muscle Beach has a huge line-up of incredible events including a bodybuilding and physique competition, fitness and fashion show, and the Iron Star Swimrun Endurance competition, to name a few.

The Colour Run Hero Tour

Described as 'The Happiest 5k on the Planet,’ The Colour Run Hero Tour is back again this year. The run is all about fun and has featured some seriously wacky outfits along with coloured powder and foam - it’s messy! Hang about afterwards for the Finish Festival complete with music, dancing and, you guessed it, more colour!

Short+Sweet Comedy Festival

It’s a laugh a minute at the Short+Sweet Comedy Festival. Comics from different nationalities will be performing in separate heats for regional languages – Arabic, Hindi and Urdu, as well as English. Make sure to make noise for the comic you love the most as prizes also include People’s Choice Overall Winner. The festival takes place at The Junction, Alserkal Avenue.

Sharjah International Book Fair 2018

The Sharjah International Book Fair is having its last weekend. Over 1.6 million titles have been exhibited from 1,874 publishers all over the world. Hurry to the Expo Centre in Sharjah for your last chance to get in on the action!
