Free Yoga and Pilates Weekend Classes

Get some fitness therapy before retail therapy at The Outlet Village this weekend. Starting this weekend, the mall will be hosting two free to attend fitness classes every weekend for all. You can choose between Animal Flow Session hosted by Allaoua Gaham at 10am or a yoga and pilates session hosted by Dina Cassir at 9am. Entry is free.

Dreamed of dancing in the rain in Dubai? You should head to Bollywood Parks this weekend to have some dance fun Bollywood style. Renowned DJ’s Hani, Madmax, Sib, Jeff and Atul will perform live at the Mumbai Chowk zone near Victoria Station Café. Cool off as you splash around and enjoy a spell of unusual weather. Divine And Raftaar Live

India’s leading and award winning rappers Divine and Raftaar are performing live at Za’abeel Hall 6, Dubai World Trade Centre. While rapper Raftaar is known for his Punjabi songs and Bollywood numbers alike, the real-life Gully Boy, Divine was the inspiration for Ranveer Singh’s role in Zoya Akhtar’s blockbuster movie with the same name. Underwater Yoga

From 8am to 9 am this Friday head to Atlantis The Palm to attend an underwater Yoga class. Costing Dhs 130, the class takes place amidst the 65,000 marine animals of The Lost Chambers Aquarium and makes you practice Hatha Yoga. The class is open to all different strength levels for people above 16 years of age. Entry includes entrance to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, a yoga mat and water.

Big Fish Comedy is back again with The All Star Comedy Tour starring celebrity comedian Paul Adams, Britain's Got Talent 2019 finalist Siobhan Phillips and a very busy comic star Manuel Martinez. Beach Rugby Dubai

Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort is organising the Beach Rugby Dubai inviting teams for games of Touch Beach Rugby (seven players per team) or Contact Beach Rugby (eight players per team). Cat Adoption Day

Go and meet a number of spayed, neutered and fully vaccinated cats and kittens looking for their forever home and a companion for life. Kittysnip, a Dubai-based animal welfare group is organising a cat adoption day on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September from 11am to 5pm at Dubai Garden Centre. If you are not looking to adopt a cat, you can help them with the supply of cat food. We all love our little 'fuurriends'. Don't we?
