Pharmacies in Abu Dhabi will now administer COVID-19 vaccinations and PCR tests to the public.
Announced by the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi (DoH), the initiative aims to make healthcare more accessible.
The PCR tests are priced at Dhs 40, with the vaccinations given out for free.
The vaccinations are currently only being administered to individuals aged 18 and above.
Pharmacies interested in providing COVID-19 vaccines and PCR tests can apply for a speciality application through the TAMM platform.
