The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced that 1,031 COVID-19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
This is the first time cases have crossed 1,000 since the middle of February, and COVID-19 cases have been steadily rising for the past month since early May.
Additionally, MoHAP reported that have recovered from COVID-19 and no further deaths recorded.
Face masks are still mandatory at all times while indoors in public places and social distancing should also be maintained.
