The Dubai Police Command and Control Centre has recorded an emergency response time of 2.39 minutes during the first quarter of the year.
The target for the response is set at six minutes and has surpassed the record time from last quarter in 2021 of 2.47 minutes.
The Dubai Police hotline for emergencies, 999, received 1,686,488 calls, of which 99.57% were answered within 10 seconds.
The average time for Dubai Police Patrols to reach emergency sites was recorded at 2.39 minutes and the response time for non-emergencies was 2.47 minutes.
The 901 Call Centre received 139,835 calls, of which 90% were answered within 20 seconds.
