Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that driving licenses in Dubai can be converted from automatic licenses to manual licenses.
To change the license, identity verification through the Emirates ID or passport is required, followed by the reviewing of personal details and application information and submitting the form.
To convert, the driver needs to apply via the RTA website or at a driving centre.
