The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has informed the public that Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations are now available for children aged 5 to 11.
The approval of the vaccination has been taken after local evaluations were done in compliance with international regulations.
After receiving the first vaccine dose, the second dose will be administered after 21 days.
Additionally, individuals can also opt to vaccinate their child with the Sinopharm vaccine which is available for children aged 3 to 12.
Taking the vaccinations helps in offering additional immunity.
