Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a change in timings to all services, in line with the change in the workweek in the UAE.
The new timings will come into effect on 3 January 2022.
The Dubai Metro red and green lines will be operational from Monday to Thursday from 5am to 1.15am and will run from 5am to 2.15am on Friday and Saturday.
On Sunday, the timings will be from 8am to 1.15am.
The Dubai Tram will operate from Monday to Saturday from 6am to 1am and from 9am to 1am on Sunday.
The Dubai Bus service will operate throughout the week and on weekends, according to the bus scheduling system, which will be based on the demand for buses.
The will be no change to public parking timings, which will remain free on Friday as well as on public holidays.
From 2 February 2022, the Floating Bridge will close from 10pm on Saturday to 6am on Monday.
