UAE COVID-19 Cases Reach A New Low

The National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has announced that the number of COVID-19 cases in the UAE has hit a new low.

The number of positive cases recorded is 99 in the last 24 hours, the lowest since the very early days of the pandemic.

The 99 new posituve cases came from 317,254 tests carried, showing a sign of life returning to normalcy.

The reduction in the cases is due to the safety and precautionary measures set, as well as individuals getting vaccinated to increase their immunity from the virus.

Currently, 96.17% of individuals have been vaccinated with one dose of the vaccine and 86.15% of individuals vaccinated with the second dose, and the total number of vaccine doses administered is over 20.6 milion.
