Expo 2020 is just around the corner and set to welcome visitors from around the world.
With Expo 2020 awareness at a very high level, there is very little chance of anyone not knowing about it, however on the occasion that a visitor flying into Dubai may not be aware that Expo 2020 is on, they will as soon as they arrive as 122 smart gates will display the Expo 2020 Dubai logo.
The branding will be present on the smart gates at arrivals and departures and the stickers used are made with environmentally friendly material.
Smart gates additionally offer better security and are safe for passengers as it does not require contact with other individuals.
His Excellency Lieutenant-General Mohammed Al Marri, Director-General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs said, "In a few days, the UAE and Dubai will receive the world for the awaited international event, Expo 2020 Dubai, we are happy to welcome millions of visitors to this extraordinary event, and we assure every one of our complete readiness to provide an exceptional experience for travellers and Expo 2020 Dubai visitors. Our teams are ready, facilities exist according to the highest standards of health and safety, and we are confident that we will represent the UAE in the best way, and we will create an event that will remain in everyone’s memory.”
