The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced a reduction in prices for PCR tests at all medical centres.
The prices of the PCR test will now be Dhs 50.
All centres and labs will issue the test results within 24 hours.
The change in pricing will help ensure that regular testing for the virus is done as well as ease the financial burden of getting tested.
The new pricing has already come into effect.
