Abu Dhabi Media Office

The Department of Health in Abu Dhabi along with Daman, the national health insurance company has launched a mobile branch service called Lain Endaak.

The mobile service will allow senior citizens as well as people of determination to have access to Daman services.

The vehicle will visit individuals on an appointment basis and will help in managing their accounts and applying for new services from the comfort of their homes.

Daman has also launched virtual branches to allow individuals the ability to manage their accounts virtually.

His Excellency Abdullah Abdul Ali Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO) said, “The Lain Endaak initiative comes in support of Abu Dhabi’s Strategy for People of Determination and will enable people of determination to access services easily and quickly. Together, we remain committed to the permanent upgrade of healthcare services, and to finding solutions to challenges that could hinder the integration of people of determination into society. We must continue to work together to enhance communication among all entities to serve the interest of people of determination and build effective collaborations among the parties to meet our common strategic goals. Through ongoing collaboration, we can improve performance and streamline the procedures relating to the provision of health cover and humanitarian care for all people of determination.”

To avail of home visits, call the Daman customer service centre.
