October is always a great month to get out and about have some fun in the UAE, the weather cools down and the children have half term, which is a good enough excuse for the adults to find something fun to do as a family.
This October has one more reason to be a fun one, as we have a public holiday to look forward to.
This year, the Prophet's Birthday is set to fall on either 28 or 29 October which could mean a 3 day weekend is possible for some people.
That is not all, we still have two more public holidays to look forward to with Martyr's Day on 1 December and the 49th UAE National Day celebrated in 2 and 3 December, a 5 day weekend could be in store.
